What MyDay Start is
Most days do not fall apart for lack of information. They fall apart in the gaps — the thing you decided yesterday and cannot reconstruct today, the intention that never became a step, the context you had to rebuild from scratch because nothing carried it forward.
MyDay Start is built around that problem. It brings conversation, goals, plans, workspace and progress together so a person can define what matters, find a useful next step, act on it, and return later with continuity intact. It works in English and Spanish.
Mila
Mila is the conversational guide inside MyDay Start. Mila carries pacing and continuity, and is the part of the experience that notices when something has changed and responds to it.
Mila is deliberately not the decision-maker. What MyDay surfaces, and whether it surfaces anything at all, is decided by the product’s own governed rules rather than improvised in conversation. That separation is what keeps behaviour predictable rather than persuasive.
Contextual help
When it helps, MyDay Start may use relevant information you have provided to make a suggestion more useful — while applying your controls, suppression rules and safety protections.
Commercial relationships
MyDay Start may be supported partly through collaborative, commercial or affiliate arrangements. A commercial relationship does not guarantee that an offer will be shown.
Showing nothing
MyDay may intentionally show no commercial recommendation at all when nothing appropriate is available. That is an intended result, not a failure.
How commercial recommendations work
Commercial recommendations are contextual and governed. A recommendation has to earn its place before commercial considerations are looked at: relevance to what you are actually doing, suitability for you specifically, availability, and quality are all assessed first. Only among options that have already passed those tests does any commercial arrangement affect the ordering.

Creating a MyDay Start account is free. That does not mean every future function, service, membership or commercial offering is necessarily free. Any paid feature or service is disclosed clearly before you choose it.

If MyDay ever introduces paid membership, higher usage tiers or other paid benefits, they are presented separately, with the benefit, the price and the decision made clear before any purchase — and introducing them will not rewrite the promise that creating a basic account is free.
